Boostlingo is a platform designed to help interpreting agencies manage their services. It offers three main features: a task management system, a planning tool, and a full-cycle service delivery platform. The platform allows for managing services from the first contact with clients through to automated reporting. We have also developed mobile apps for iOS and Android, so users can access Boostlingo on any device.

Our goal was to create a solution that would not only meet the immediate requirements of our client, but also anticipate future demands and trends in the industry.


As we began our journey, we prioritized ensuring that our solution would meet the diverse needs of interpretation service providers and adhere to industry standards. To do this, we built a prototype with the goal of creating a smooth user experience. Then we moved on to web app development and built a powerful platform with audio and video calling features. Simultaneously, we implemented systems for tracking work, managing payments, and optimizing scheduling in real time, ensuring a streamlined experience for interpreters and managers.

Throughout the process, our collaboration with the client was key. We worked closely with them to gather feedback and insights, which helped us make informed decisions and add features that made the system even more flexible and adaptable to changes. With their input, Boostlingo evolved into something truly remarkable—a game-changer in the interpretation industry.
